DesignSwift, LLC (“DesignSwift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a design and software consultancy based in Canada. These terms apply to anyone who visits designswift.com.
By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02 — Our Services#
We provide custom software development, automation, design, and research services to businesses on a project or engagement basis. The scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are agreed to separately with each client before work begins — these terms don't set pricing or delivery terms for individual projects.
03 — Limitations#
Our guidance and recommendations are advisory. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on them, or for any issues that arise in your project as a result. We make our best effort to respond accurately and helpfully, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DesignSwift's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
04 — Changes to These Terms#
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
